Matting
Dogs with mild to medium matting on their body will incur an extra fee which will be assessed on a case by case basis. This fee may range from 125% to 150% of the base grooming fee depending on complexity and dog behaviour.
Pelting
Dogs with extreme matting covering a majority of their body will incur an extra fee which will be assessed on a case by case basis. This fee may range from 150% to 200% of the base grooming fee depending on complexity and dog behaviour.
Behaviour
Dogs that exhibit challenging and/or aggressive behaviour that require extra time to safely complete their groom will incur an extra fee of $25 per extra 15 minutes.
De Shed - Long Coat
A long haired coat is 2.5cm or longer. This is defined by an increased drying time of coats longer than this.
